Target Security Specialist

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to ensure the safety of guests and team members, mitigate theft and fraud, and maintain a secure store environment. This role involves responding to incidents, de-escalating situations, and enforcing security policies. Training is provided, but a welcoming attitude, effective communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Protect guests, team members, and brand through security measures
• Mitigate shortage risks, prevent theft and fraud
• Respond to and document security incidents
• Utilize de-escalation tactics and video surveillance systems
• Conduct merchandise recovery and theft apprehension support
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment
