Security Engineer

As a founding Security Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to build Clera's security program from the ground up. You will own security initiatives across product, cloud infrastructure, compliance, and incident response, protecting a cutting-edge AI/ML platform. This role is crucial for maintaining customer trust and safeguarding sensitive data for leading AI labs and enterprises.

• Build and own the security roadmap from scratch
• Lead end-to-end incident detection and response
• Secure APIs, platforms, and data systems
• Own SOC 2 compliance and customer trust initiatives
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure, detection, response, and identity
• Experience with offensive security and SIEM/XDR tooling
