Target Security Specialist

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to ensure the safety and security of guests and team members. This role involves using intelligence-led tactics, responding to crisis events, mitigating theft and fraud, and maintaining a secure store environment. You will also build relationships with internal teams and external public safety officials.

• Protect guests, team members, and brand through security measures
• Mitigate shortage risks and prevent theft and fraud
• Respond to crisis events and provide support
• Utilize intelligence-led tactics and de-escalation techniques
• Operate surveillance systems and document incidents
• Conduct merchandise recovery and theft apprehension support
