Senior Adversary Operations Engineer

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Adversary Operations Engineer to enhance their security posture through advanced penetration testing and adversary simulation. This role involves leading end-to-end engagements, identifying high-risk vulnerabilities across various environments, and collaborating with defensive teams to improve detection and response capabilities. The engineer will leverage threat intelligence and develop custom tools to ensure testing aligns with evolving attacker behaviors.

• Conduct internal and external penetration tests and adversary emulation
• Develop and execute sophisticated attack paths
• Collaborate with blue teams for purple team exercises
• Automate penetration testing tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Provide actionable insights to improve security monitoring and incident response
• Contribute to adversary operations strategy and risk management
