About this role

Lead a Security Engineering team in a hands-on technical role focused on securing the company's cloud-native environment and development pipeline. You will manage engineers responsible for cloud infrastructure security, application security, and CI/CD pipeline hardening. Your primary objective is to harden security posture, build preventative controls, and translate security strategy into an engineering roadmap.

What we are looking for

Lead and develop a team of security engineers
Own the security engineering program for cloud and development lifecycle
Remain hands-on in configuring cloud security tooling and reviewing architecture
Partner with DevOps, Engineering, and Product leadership
Translate security strategy into actionable engineering requirements
7+ years of hands-on InfoSec experience in Cloud Security, AppSec, or DevSecOps
