Product Security Engineer

Airtable is seeking a Product Security Engineer to safeguard their rapidly evolving no-code platform, especially with new AI and LLM offerings. You will collaborate with product engineering teams to develop security frameworks and automated controls, ensuring secure code is shipped by default. This role involves threat modeling, design reviews, and managing vulnerability remediation.

• Develop self-service security frameworks and "paved roads"
• Focus on automated guardrails and deep-dive design reviews
• Partner with engineering teams on threat modeling and security guidance
• Research emerging threats, AI/LLM safety, and implement controls
• Manage penetration testing, bug bounties, and vulnerability remediation
• Contribute to long-term security roadmaps and strategy
