Principal Software Security Engineer, Onsite

As a Principal Software Security Engineer at RTX, you will implement robust security principles into the design, development, and testing of real-time sensor software for critical aerospace and defense systems. You will leverage your expertise in C/C++ and embedded systems to ensure the integrity and security of our software products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class security solutions.

• Implement software security principles in embedded real-time sensor software
• Develop software applications using C and C++
• Ensure adherence to SW Product Assurance processes
• Experience with embedded OS (VxWorks, Embedded Linux) and scripting languages (Python, Perl)
• Experience with Static analysis concepts, methods & tools
• Active U.S. Government issued Secret clearance required

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
