About this role
Leidos is seeking a Security Accreditation Lead to provide programme-level leadership for security accreditation activities within NATO IT Modernization. This role involves coordinating documentation, interfacing with NATO stakeholders, and translating accreditation requirements into engineering tasks. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of experience and an active NATO Secret clearance.
What we are looking for
6- Lead programme security accreditation activities and coordinate development of programme inputs and technical evidence
- Serve as the primary programme interface with the NCIA Security Accreditation Lead and customer security stakeholders
- Translate accreditation requirements into actionable engineering activities, documentation, evidence, dependencies, and completion criteria
- Plan and manage accreditation work within Jira for each sprint cycle
- Review programme accreditation inputs and evidence for completeness, consistency, traceability, and alignment with approved architectures
- Maintain traceability between security requirements, architecture and design artifacts, implemented controls, test evidence, risks, and accreditation documentation

Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
Requires a Secret security clearance.
