About this role

Ameriprise is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join their Workforce Identity team in Noida. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and automating enterprise identity platforms, primarily using Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and cloud identity solutions. You will collaborate across teams, participate in a 24x7 support model, and contribute to identity governance and security best practices.

What we are looking for

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID
Lead application onboarding and integration using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM
Build and support authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access solutions
Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Graph API, REST API, or Python
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices for identity platforms
Participate in a 24x7 rotational support model
