IT Cyber Security Expert

Oxy is seeking an experienced IT Cyber Security Expert to join their Cyber Security Operations team in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on administering and optimizing the Microsoft Sentinel SIEM platform for threat detection across hybrid IT and OT environments. The expert will develop custom detection rules, build automated SOAR playbooks, and collaborate with the SOC to enhance response capabilities.

• Administer Microsoft Sentinel SIEM platform
• Develop custom analytics rules and threat hunting queries
• Build automated SOAR playbooks using Azure Logic Apps
• Integrate data sources across IT and OT environments
• Collaborate with SOC analysts and incident responders
• 7+ years of SIEM administration experience, with 3+ years in Microsoft Sentinel
