Lead Engineer - AI Security (Hybrid)

Target is seeking a Lead Engineer for their AI Security team to enhance the security of AI systems and platforms. You will collaborate across teams to identify risks, evaluate controls, and provide recommendations to strengthen AI security posture. This highly technical role requires expertise in AI security, threat modeling, and cloud security.

• Collaborate with AI teams to evaluate security posture throughout the AI lifecycle
• Define and evaluate security assessment methodologies and testing frameworks for AI
• Develop and execute security validation strategies including threat modeling and adversarial testing
• Conduct deep technical reviews of AI products, platforms, and architectures
• Partner with engineering teams to validate secure deployment patterns for AI workloads
• Assess AI architectures, models, agents, and infrastructure for security risks and vulnerabilities
