Staff GRC Engineer

Kikoff is seeking a Staff GRC Engineer to establish and lead their Trust & Assurance function. This role will own the design, operation, and attestation of cybersecurity controls for SOC 2, PCI, and SOX compliance. You will focus on automation, code-backed operations, and AI-assisted workflows, partnering with various teams to ensure security and compliance.

• Own SOC 2 Type II program end-to-end
• Maintain PCI DSS self-attestation
• Serve as cybersecurity control owner for SOX IT general controls
• Operationalize GLBA Safeguards Rule technical controls
• Manage customer and vendor security questionnaire pipeline
• Build policy-as-code and compliance-as-code automation
