About this role
As a Senior Workforce IAM Engineer, you will own the Governance and Compliance pillar for College Board's identity and access management systems. You will be responsible for managing access reviews, ensuring compliance with security policies, and integrating new identity types, including AI agents, into our governance framework. This role involves hands-on configuration, automation, and collaboration with various teams to maintain a secure and auditable identity landscape.

- Own and manage the Governance and Compliance pillar for Workforce IAM
- Design, configure, and execute access reviews for human, service, and AI agent identities
- Integrate AI agent identities into the IGA platform and establish governance models
- Ensure access controls align with security policies and audit requirements
- Collaborate with security, risk, and technology teams to implement identity controls
- Automate provisioning, manage credentials, and maintain IAM platforms
