OT Security Engineer

Carrier is seeking an OT Security Engineer to implement and manage secure controls across their global operational technology landscape. This mid-level role involves partnering with engineering and business teams to embed security into OT systems, platforms, and services, requiring expertise in OT/ICS cybersecurity and industrial control systems.

• Implement and manage cybersecurity technologies in OT environments
• Secure compute resources, systems, networks, and data across manufacturing sites
• Provide guidance on security principles for ICS, SCADA, DCS, and OT systems
• Support global OT segmentation initiatives and firewall deployments
• Act as a subject matter expert for OT security engineering
• 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity
