Rackspace Cyber Defence is seeking a Network Security Engineer I to join their team in Gurgaon. This role involves monitoring customer network and security environments, performing continuous monitoring of firewall and Azure networking alerts, and responding to incidents within SLAs. You will handle first-level troubleshooting for security-related incidents and escalate complex issues to higher teams.

• Monitor customer network and security environments
• Continuous monitoring of firewall and Azure networking alerts
• Handle customer incidents, requests, and service tickets within SLAs
• First-level troubleshooting for firewall, connectivity, routing, and security incidents
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Microsoft Azure Networking
• Work in a 24x7 operational environment
