Senior Product Security Engineer

Brunswick is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer to join their hybrid team in Mettawa, IL. This role focuses on protecting customers and the company from evolving security threats in products by integrating security throughout the product lifecycle. You will act as a technical leader, maturing product security capabilities, improving secure development practices, and reducing risk across the product portfolio.

• Mature product security capabilities and improve secure development practices
• Conduct threat modeling, attack surface analysis, and risk assessments
• Lead product security design and architecture reviews
• Partner with development teams to integrate security throughout the product lifecycle
• Define and promote product security policies, standards, and best practices
• Provide security consultation for various application types and cloud-native technologies
