Application Security Lead

Lead the global application security and DevSecOps function, ensuring secure design, development, testing, and release of applications. This role involves defining strategy, implementing technical controls within Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, and operating security tools.

• Define and maintain global AppSec strategy and operating model
• Establish AppSec service catalogue including SAST, DAST, and pipeline security
• Integrate automated security controls into Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop risk-based AppSec control framework and security requirements
• Own AppSec tooling budget and supplier roadmap
• Provide executive-level risk reporting and represent AppSec in governance forums
