Senior Firewall Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Senior Firewall Engineer to design, integrate, and implement secure, next-generation private cloud capabilities within a NATO-secured environment. This remote role involves hands-on implementation of cyber resilience solutions, network segmentation, and security automation using tools like Python and Terraform. You will collaborate with various engineering teams and travel occasionally to NATO locations.

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise firewall and network security solutions
• Develop and implement network segmentation using Palo Alto Networks, VMware NSX, or Cisco
• Design and integrate enterprise security controls and micro-segmentation
• Develop security automation using Infrastructure as Code, Ansible, Terraform, or Python
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure teams
• Travel to NATO sites for integration, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
