US-IT Security Eng Sr

Join R1's Offensive Security team as a Senior IT Security Engineer to proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities across our infrastructure, networks, and applications. You will conduct hands-on penetration tests in diverse cloud environments, develop and enhance our testing methodologies and tooling, and play a key role in securing our healthcare technology operations at scale.

• Plan and execute penetration tests across infrastructure, networks, and applications
• Perform application security testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Simulate real-world adversary techniques against production systems
• Build, maintain, and extend security tooling with custom scripts
• Document findings and partner with teams to validate fixes
• Support compliance testing for HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI DSS
