VP, Security Technology

Lead and scale R1's enterprise security program as the VP of Security Technology, reporting to the CISO. This role involves translating security strategy into operational execution, managing a broad technology portfolio, and driving initiatives in areas like identity and access management, cloud security, and threat management. You will oversee budget, talent, and investment decisions while partnering across the organization to embed security into business growth.

• Define and execute enterprise security strategy and roadmap
• Lead security architecture, engineering, and identity management
• Modernize vulnerability and threat exposure management programs
• Optimize security technology stack for effectiveness and scalability
• Provide executive leadership during security incidents
• Build and develop a high-performing security organization
