Sr Mgr - Security, Data and Digital Core

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for Technology Quality Operations to guide and manage teams in building and executing quality into enterprise-wide systems, tools, services, and infrastructure. This role ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements and J&J's quality standards throughout the system lifecycle.

• Manage teams in building and executing quality into enterprise-wide systems
• Ensure compliance with J&J quality standards and global regulatory requirements
• Oversee early involvement of quality in design and development activities
• Own the quality approach for systems and ensure end-to-end support model
• Provide technical and procedural expertise and guidance to project teams
• Collaborate with Information Security Risk Management and Quality organizations globally
