Data Security Engineer

Corteva Agriscience is looking for a skilled Data Security Engineer to enhance our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program. You will design, implement, and maintain data protection solutions, primarily using Microsoft Purview, to secure sensitive information across our hybrid environment. This role requires collaboration with various teams to identify risks, enforce policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Design, implement, and maintain DLP policies and labeling solutions using Microsoft Purview
• Configure and manage DLP solutions across endpoints, email, cloud, and network environments
• Integrate DLP with SIEM, CASB, and endpoint protection platforms
• Monitor and optimize DLP rules to reduce false positives and manage exceptions
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to align data protection controls with business needs
• 7+ years of information security experience with 5+ years in DLP or data security engineering
