Staff Enterprise Security Engineer

Box is seeking a Staff Enterprise Security Engineer to architect and scale security systems protecting their corporate environment. This role involves designing and driving security initiatives across identity, endpoint, network, SaaS, and AI-enabled systems, partnering with IT and security teams to build resilient architectures. You will lead the transformation towards a zero-trust model and pioneer AI-augmented security operations.

• Architect and implement security solutions for endpoint, zero trust networking, identity, and SaaS
• Lead the transformation to a zero-trust security model
• Design scalable security controls and pioneer AI-augmented security operations
• Identify and automate security workflows using scripting and IaC
• Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments
• Partner with IT, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to mature enterprise security
