About this role
CAI is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst for a 12-month+ contract role in Long Beach, CA. You will investigate and resolve escalated security alerts and confirmed incidents, serving as an escalation point for L1 analysts. This role involves working with various security tools, documenting findings, and collaborating with engineering teams.
What we are looking for
6- Investigate and resolve escalated security alerts and incidents
- Serve as escalation point for L1 triage analysts
- Correlate signal across EDR, SIEM, firewall, email security, and identity/access tools
- Document findings for incident response, audit, and handoff
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity Engineer team to refine alert triage
- Provide feedback on AI-assisted triage tooling
