Manager, Security Platform Engineering

Lead a team of Security Solution Engineers responsible for backend engineering, platform configuration, and administration of an email security managed service. This role ensures reliable, scalable, and secure solutions to protect customers from evolving email-borne threats, requiring a strong understanding of current threat actors and email security best practices.

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Security Solution Engineers
• Responsible for talent development—finding, hiring, developing, and retaining engineering talent
• Manage and monitor service delivery interactions, serving as an internal advocate for customers
• Develop and oversee comprehensive engineering strategies to meet complex customer requirements
• Design and implement solutions to complex engineering and platform administration problems
• Guide the team on best practices for platform configuration, policy management, and security hardening
