Senior Platform Trust and Safety Engineer

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Platform Trust and Safety Engineer to identify and stop abusers who commit fraud, phishing, and account takeovers. You will review and respond to abuse reports, build and tune detection rules, and partner with legal and ethical usage teams to ensure platform integrity.

• Review, triage, and respond to external and internal abuse reports
• Build and tune detection and response rules in Splunk
• Author and maintain automated response playbooks
• Partner with Office of Ethical Usage and Legal teams
• Identify and document anti-abuse tooling requirements
• Evaluate third-party vendor tools to close detection gaps
