CyberCX - Security Engineer (Networking)

Join Accenture's Managed Security Engineering team in Brisbane as a Network Security Engineer. You will be responsible for maintaining secure customer network environments, troubleshooting live incidents, and implementing technical changes across Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms. This hands-on role requires strong networking fundamentals and practical firewall experience to ensure reliable customer service delivery.

• Support and maintain customer network security environments (Fortinet/Palo Alto)
• Troubleshoot firewall, VPN, routing, and connectivity issues
• Perform configuration changes, upgrades, and maintenance
• Respond to operational incidents and conduct health checks
• Experience with Fortinet/Palo Alto firewalls and management platforms
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
