Associate Manager, AI Security Engineer

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, AI Security Engineer to help guide the secure and responsible integration of AI across the company. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop expertise in AI security architecture, threat modeling, and secure AI engineering practices. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to protect information and systems while ensuring AI solutions deliver business value.

• Translate AI security policies into practical engineering controls
• Design and build AI-enabled cybersecurity solutions and automation
• Implement safeguards against AI-specific and traditional security threats
• Support AI development teams with secure build and implementation practices
• Define and execute security validation methods for AI solutions
• Establish logging, monitoring, and alerting for AI-related activity
