Manufacturing Cyber Security Engineer

General Motors is seeking a Manufacturing Cybersecurity Engineer to protect the technology and systems within its manufacturing plants. In this role, you will implement and maintain the cybersecurity program, coordinate remediation efforts, and support incident response to ensure secure and resilient operations. This is a hands-on position requiring independent judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

• Implement and sustain the Manufacturing Cybersecurity Program
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate security issues and vulnerabilities
• Support cybersecurity incident response and recovery activities
• Conduct cybersecurity readiness assessments for new initiatives
• Partner with plant operations, IT, and global teams
• Apply patching and firmware updates to production equipment
