Security Engineering Manager - Cybersecurity IAM (Hybrid, Bucharest)

CrowdStrike is building a new Security Engineering team in Bucharest focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM). As the founding manager, you will lead the team, grow its capabilities, and establish a regional hub. This role involves technical contributions, managing engineers, and ensuring the security of CrowdStrike's Falcon platform.

• Build and lead the Romania Security Engineering team
• Own delivery of IAM features and platform capabilities
• Foster a healthy team environment
• Guide technical decisions in IAM architecture
• Serve as a technical contributor
