Security Engineer, Data

Genworth is seeking a Security Engineer, Data to protect sensitive enterprise data across cloud, endpoint, and on-premises environments. This role involves implementing and monitoring data security controls, supporting initiatives like data loss prevention and data classification, and partnering with various IT and business teams to enhance the organization's data security posture.

• Support implementation of enterprise data classification and labeling standards
• Assist with identification and inventory of sensitive data across systems
• Help enforce data handling, retention, and protection policies
• Partner with data owners and business stakeholders to improve data governance practices
• Assist with execution and monitoring of data security controls
• Support administration and tuning of data security tools
