Security Managed Services Engineer (L2)

NTT DATA is seeking a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) in Mumbai to ensure client security infrastructures remain operational. You will proactively monitor, investigate, and resolve technical incidents, manage work queues, and provide second-level support to clients within SLAs. This role involves collaborating with automation teams, auditing tickets, and assisting L1 engineers with escalations.

• Ensure client security infrastructures and systems remain operational

• Provide second-level support and manage client requests within SLAs
• Collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate tasks
• Audit incident and request tickets for quality and recommend improvements
• Assist L1 Security Engineers with triage and troubleshooting
