Offensive Security Technical Lead

CACI is seeking an Offensive Security Technical Lead to manage penetration testing and red team operations for federal cyber assets. This role involves continuous technical assessment, vulnerability validation, and providing actionable remediation guidance. You will establish methodologies, approve complex plans, govern technical risk, and ensure the quality of technical deliverables while remaining hands-on with offensive security techniques.

• Serve as senior technical authority for penetration testing and red-team delivery
• Define and mature assessment standards, rules-of-engagement, and reporting
• Review and approve engagement plans, adversary scenarios, and technical actions
• Guide technical team, mentor staff, and resolve complex cross-domain problems
• Provide hands-on support for network, application, cloud, and exploit development challenges
• Own final technical quality and acceptance for assessment reports and recommendations
