Manager - Cyber Operations

Manage cyber operations for Avangrid Networks, focusing on information security roadmap execution and leading the security/NERC operations team. This role balances real-world risks with business drivers to ensure the reliability and performance of operational technologies and infrastructure.

• Lead and manage day-to-day cyber operations and NERC operations team
• Ensure compliance with NERC/CIP, GDPR, SOX, CEII, and other regulations
• Develop and implement security solutions for Operational Technologies and Grid Digitalization
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, SPRs, and OT/IT workflows
• Manage network infrastructure and system security controls
• Lead data initiatives for cybersecurity insights and reporting

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
