Penetration Testing Engineer- VP

State Street is seeking a Senior Penetration Testing Engineer to join their Threat Intelligence and Assurance team. This deeply technical role involves application and network penetration testing, focusing on evaluating security control effectiveness and exploitability across complex systems within a regulated banking environment. You will design and manage third-party tests, lead end-to-end application testing, and contribute to improving secure system design.

• Design and manage third-party network penetration tests
• Lead end-to-end application penetration testing (web, API)
• Perform advanced testing across authentication, authorization, and business logic
• Deliver high-quality, regulator-ready reporting
• Lead AI/LLM-enabled testing techniques
