Red Team Security Engineer

Join Motive's Product Security Team as a Red Team Security Engineer to conduct adversary emulation and offensive security assessments. You will partner with software and engineering teams to evaluate security posture, identify cloud vulnerabilities, and drive remediation efforts.

• Plan and execute red team operations and adversary simulations in cloud environments
• Evaluate security of cloud infrastructure, identity, CI/CD, and containerized workloads
• Identify and validate attack paths including IAM misconfigurations and secrets exposure
• Assess detection and response coverage with blue team collaboration
• Track emerging attacker techniques and cloud exploitation trends
• 5+ years of offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing experience
