Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking an Operations Specialist to perform specialized securities processing activities, focusing on corporate actions like notifications, instruction entry, and reconciliation. This role involves daily deliverables, executing defined procedures, and ensuring accurate client service and risk management within the financial services sector.

• Process specialized operational securities processing activities
• Perform notification announcement input, instruction receipt and authentication
• Process and record corporate actions, reporting and acknowledgement
• Balance and reconcile positions related to corporate action activity
• Communicate uninstructed positions to clients daily
• Identify and resolve problem items
