This role focuses on the operational support of the Saviynt IGA platform, handling incidents and service requests. Responsibilities include monitoring platform health, managing access lifecycles, supporting application onboarding, and executing standard IAM processes within a 24/7 support environment.
What we are looking for
6- Provide L2 operational support for the Saviynt IGA platform
- Monitor and manage Saviynt application availability and platform health
- Handle incident and service request resolution
- Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
- Manage access requests, approvals, and workflow execution
- Support application onboarding activities
