Cybersecurity Engineer II

As a Cybersecurity Engineer II, you will be instrumental in defending our enterprise and customers against evolving cyber threats. You will investigate and respond to incidents like account takeovers and fraud, leverage advanced security technologies and AI to enhance threat detection, and collaborate with product teams to reduce customer risk. This role offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to work with well-known brands within Cox Automotive.

• Investigate and respond to threats including account takeover, credential abuse, phishing, and fraud
• Utilize security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and cloud security platforms
• Perform threat analysis using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
• Leverage AI-based tools to accelerate investigations and improve threat detection
• Partner with business and product teams to reduce customer impact
• Hands-on experience in threat intelligence and incident response
