Workforce IAM Engineer

As a Workforce IAM Engineer, you will be a key player in securing College Board's enterprise identity and access management systems. You will design, build, and maintain robust access controls, automate identity lifecycles, and manage critical platforms like Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Okta. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact user experience and security posture across the organization.

• Design, build, and maintain Persona-Based Access (RBAC) roles and policies
• Develop and automate integrations with Microsoft Entra ID and Okta
• Administer enterprise password management and hardware security key platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve application access and authentication issues
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Python
