Sr AI Security Engineer

Healthfirst is seeking a Senior AI Security Engineer to enhance the security of their infrastructure by monitoring vulnerabilities and developing engineering solutions. This role involves applying expertise in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and application development, with a focus on modern AI technologies like LLMs and RAG. The engineer will perform security architecture reviews, conduct hands-on testing of AI solutions, identify vulnerabilities, and partner with development teams to implement practical security controls.

• Perform security architecture reviews and threat modeling for AI-enabled applications
• Conduct hands-on security testing of LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions
• Identify vulnerabilities including prompt injection and sensitive-data exposure
• Assess security risks associated with AI agents, APIs, and model integrations
• Partner with developers and AI engineering teams to design and implement security controls
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for AI architectures
