Engineering Manager, Enterprise Security

Roblox is seeking a Principal Security Software Engineer to build and advance the company's Enterprise Security strategy. You will design and develop production-grade security software, focusing on identity and access governance, policy enforcement, and scalable security integrations for corporate infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with InfoSec, Corporate Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams.

• Design and implement identity and access systems (SSO, SCIM, OAuth 2.0)
• Develop production-quality tools and services for security policy enforcement
• Drive secure-by-design implementations in enterprise systems
• Evaluate and integrate commercial IAM and security tooling
• 10+ years of SWE and security experience
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust
