Endpoint Platform Staff Engineer

FanDuel is seeking a Staff Endpoint Platform Engineer to lead the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for managing, automating, and securing its global device fleet. This role involves defining secure device baselines, implementing GitOps workflows, and mentoring engineers. You will collaborate across teams to translate operational challenges into scalable platform solutions.

• Own the multi-year technical strategy for the global endpoint fleet
• Architect and drive scalable, secure-by-default device baselines
• Lead GitOps-driven endpoint configuration management and CI/CD pipelines
• Define KPIs and build telemetry for fleet performance and compliance
• Mentor and develop engineers on the team
• Proactively identify platform risks and opportunities
