IT Security Engineer

PHINIA is seeking an IT Security Engineer to design, implement, and monitor security controls across our infrastructure, networks, endpoints, and cloud environments. You will play a key role in protecting PHINIA from cyber threats by conducting security testing, responding to incidents, and improving our security posture. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with a global team and advance sustainability through robust cybersecurity.

• Design, implement, and monitor enterprise security controls
• Respond to security incidents and conduct root-cause analysis
• Perform security assessments and vulnerability remediation
• Enhance security policies and configurations for Zero Trust
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and cloud teams
• Experience with EDR, email security, vulnerability management, and SIEM
