Associate Director, Security & Compliance (US)

Lead security, privacy, and compliance for SaaS products and client projects, owning the capability end-to-end. This role is crucial for winning and delivering projects, protecting data, and building trust through robust security and privacy practices. You will be responsible for audit readiness, meeting privacy requirements, and establishing effective security and privacy programs.

• Lead security program for SaaS products and client projects
• Manage SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 compliance
• Oversee privacy governance and operational practices (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
• Embed security and privacy into development processes
• Establish client engagement security plans
• Lead vendor security reviews and support customer assurance efforts
