Managing Engineer, Data Security Engineering

Lead a team responsible for designing, building, and operating data security capabilities including DLP Policy, Data Intelligence, and Data Access. This role requires people leadership, technical direction, and delivery ownership to ensure automated, scalable solutions that protect sensitive data while enabling business use.

• Lead a high-performing team engineering data security products and controls
• Set technical direction and drive execution across architecture, design, and deployment
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through code and solution design
• Guide engineering of DLP Policy, Data Intelligence, or Data Access capabilities
• Develop and advance policy-as-code workflows and automated testing
• Own reliability, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of team's products
