Cyber Incident Management Engineer

Lead enterprise cyber incident and high-risk vulnerability response efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams to assess, contain, and remediate threats. Design and deliver automation solutions to improve incident management and cybersecurity program execution. Partner across security, technology, and business teams to enhance operational efficiency and response outcomes.

• Act as Incident Manager/Coordinator for security incidents, investigations, and vulnerabilities
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders during incidents and operational initiatives
• Design and implement automation solutions for incident management processes
• Develop workflows for incident intake, triage, escalation, and closure
• Leverage scripting, APIs, AI, and orchestration tools to reduce manual effort
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting
