Mid Level Security Engineer - Identity and Endpoint

Guidehouse is seeking a mid-level Microsoft Security Engineer to design, deploy, and operate Microsoft 365 security and identity technologies for government and regulated clients. This hands-on role involves configuring tools like Microsoft Defender and Entra ID, tuning security controls, and supporting incident triage. You will also be involved in client transitions, documentation, training, and proposal development.

• Configure, deploy, and operate Microsoft 365 security technologies
• Implement and manage Conditional Access policies
• Support identity lifecycle management and MFA enforcement
• Develop documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for client transitions
• Contribute technical content to proposals and solution architectures
• Requires U.S. citizenship and 4-6 years of cybersecurity experience
