About this role

Symbotic is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician to repair, calibrate, and maintain their AI-powered robotic systems in warehouses. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, PLC, and electrical subsystems to ensure continuous operation and optimize system performance. The position is part of the Customer Operations team, focusing on driving operational excellence and partnering with onsite customers.

Perform inspections on automated robotic vehicles and adapters/lifts
Adjust, calibrate, repair, and replace system components for continuous operation
Troubleshoot automated robotic vehicle anomalies and stoppages
Perform periodic system inspections and document all actions and repairs
Troubleshoot, calibrate, and set up robotic arms
Work in a dynamic environment with varying physical demands
