Security Services Engineer (L2)

NTT DATA is seeking a Security Remote Field Service Engineer (L2) to provide professional remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. This role focuses on restoring service, ensuring SLA conditions are met, and maintaining secure configuration items through proactive incident and problem management.

• Provide remote technical support and resolve client incidents
• Ensure service level agreements are met through effective incident resolution
• Maintain secure configuration items and track assets
• Diagnose and troubleshoot security technology issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders for timely resolution
• Document and close resolved incidents according to procedures
